Our application is taking shape
Our lawyers are reviewing the proposed charter application. Curriculum experts are reviewing the program’s classical foundation and alignment with Pennsylvania requirements.
More than 500 people registered support or interest through our original community outreach. That record reflects community support, not student enrollment.
We are gathering substantial gifts, written pledges, and separate loan commitments before our planned late-November submission. Our Founding Headmaster starts July 1, 2027, ahead of the fall 2028 school opening.

Oxford Classical Becomes a Hillsdale College-Supported Founding Effort
We have signed our agreement with Hillsdale College, making Oxford Classical Charter School an official supported founding effort.
We will bring a tuition-free classical education to Oxford, opening in fall 2028 with kindergarten through sixth grade. Our school will combine a rich education in the liberal arts and sciences with the daily practice of good character.
We are preparing our charter application for submission to the Oxford Area School District, with legal and curriculum review underway. We are also recruiting our founding headmaster.
Watch “An American Classical Education” to see the Hillsdale approach we will bring to our classrooms.
Have a child who could attend? Complete our family-interest survey and share it with another Oxford-area family.
